At Damden, we’re proud of the fact that we’re a young company. (We came into existence, in 1996.) After all, we’re building homes for an India where two-thirds of the population is under 35.
Which is not to say we lack experience. As a team, we offer our customers over 80 years of collective experience. And over 2000 customers, in India and abroad, have found that more than satisfactory.
Today, with projects like Damden Yerra, Damden Neptunia, Damden Sienna and Damden Beryl, we have justifiably earned the reputation of being quality conscious, and reliable.
Naturally, we’re now aiming higher.
Soon, we’d like to be one of the top 20 builders,
in Bangalore.
Soon, we’d like to achieve a turn-over of Rs. 500 crore.
Soon, we’d like to achieve idea leadership.
(And by soon, we mean 2009.)
A tall order. But then, we have a plan. We’re expanding, beyond Bangalore, into the rest of the booming Southern economy. We have multiple residential and township projects chalked out for Mysore, Coimbatore, Cochin.
And a few more in Bangalore too.
We’re also expanding into the hospitality industry, with Damden Retreats. We’ve got projects lined up in Wayanad, Mudumalai and the Cauvery Basin.
Big plans, yes. But then we intend to execute them, with a difference. To ensure that ours, will not be thoughtless expansion.
