Customer relation executive
(Female-Bangalore& Male-Mysore)


Job Profile : Assisting the Manager, Business Development and Marketing team in devising strategy, planning, development, implementation and execution for specific marketing projects and addressing customer, handling customer calls and taking care of front line executive.

Reporting to: Marketing Head

Qualification:Preferably a first class graduate.

Experience : Should possess more then 4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the construction industry, real estate, FMCG, Finance or insurance sector or home loan department or worked as a customer care or front line executive.

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Should have the ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferable to have knowledge/awareness of the key issues facing the real estate industry.
  • Time management ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
  • In insight or understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Handling incoming calls, greeting the customers and maintaining good relationship with the customer.

KRA (Key Result Areas)

  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Assistance in making proposals.
  • Customer feedback.
  • Handing over of property to clients in co-ordination with engineering.
  • Collections.
  • Facilitation and upkeep of records.
  • Market growth in specified segments.
  • Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up on customer modifications and coordinating with finance and construction departments for the same.
  • Damden Newsletter, bulletin etc.
  • Taking care of incoming calls
