We’re interested in property, for Joint Development.

But we do have a few conditions. We’re interested strictly in clear-titled., non-tenanted, residential and commercial plots/sites (non-BDA/MUDA). And we’re looking at both outright purchase, and joint development.

If the property really takes our fancy, we may even consider incomplete/abandoned projects, subject to scrutiny, of course.
