Liaisoning executive (Bangalore)
Job Summary : Person will be responsible for liasioning with the local government authorities. Co-ordination with advocates, architects, government authorities and other agencies.
Reporting to: Director
Qualification:Graduate/LLB.
Experience : Should possess more then 4 years’ experience in liasing with reputed construction companies in Bangalore, knowledge of legal compliance like agreement execution, registration of properties, documentation, BDA, BMRDA, Corporation norms, KPTCL, BWSSB, Pollution control board, airport autorities and fire department etc.
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Municipal Bye –laws of various cities.
- Good communication skills and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge BDA, BMRDA, Corporation norms, KPTCL, BWSSB, Pollution control board, airport authorities, fire department etc.
- PR activities and Coordination
- Speak, Read and write English and Kanada is a must.
