Manager Finance (Bangalore)

Job Summary:

• US GAAP, SOX Compliance, IGAAP
• MIS, budgets, Fund Management and periodical monitoring thereof.
• Finalization of Accounts
• Banking Operation, & Treasury functions (IPO)
• Co-ordination for finance, taxation and other legal requirements for mergers and acquisitions.

Reporting to: Director

Qualification:Should be an M Com/CA.

Experience:Should possess 10+ years experience in construction industry in the areas of Finance, Accounts taxation, Fund management.
