Project Coordinator (Bangalore)

Profile:Responsible for the coordination and execution of the assigned residential and commercial projects.

Reporting to: Project Head

Qualification:Should be a first class B.E (civil) graduate.

Experience:BE Civil/Diploma in Civil. Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Project-2000 and PRIMAVERA preferred with 4+ years experiences.

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera /CADD design processes/methods and ability to contribute to the design of the project.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technical skills in materials/methods in all applicable engineering, architectural, and construction areas.
• Good construction management, time management, project management skills.
• Good communication, teamwork and coordination among all the related departments.

• Formulation of work breakdown.
• Structures, weight age allocation.
• Resource planning.
• Billing, quality analysis & monitoring construction work.
