Purchase Executive (Bangalore)
Job Profile : Person will be responsible for purchasing of construction materials as per the indent received from the construction/site department, and maintain all the documentation works
Reporting to: Purchase Manager
Qualification:Diploma / Graduate.
Experience : Should possess more then 3-5 years’ experience in procurement of construction material, thorough knowledge of construction material and Bangalore geography with two wheeler and should have worked for a reputed construction company in purchase department.
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Knowledge of Construction materials
- Good communication (English, Hindi and Kannada)
- Estimation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of computer and ISO documentation
KRA (Key Result Areas)
- Ensure that SLA’s with internal / external are met
- Procurement of bought out materials such as steels, cement etc.
- Plan for materials w.r.t the requirements of quotation.
- Prepare purchase orders & work order
- Follow up for receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Inventory control monitoring.
- Maintain liability statements
- Documentation as per ISO standard
