

Receptionist (Bangalore)
Job Summary : Person will be responsible for handling calls on EPABX board, customer relationship, inbound and outbound couriers, stationeries and house keeping activities.
Reporting to: HR – Manager
Qualification:Graduate.
Experience : Should possess more then 4 years’ experience in receptionist job, should have a minimum of 1 years experience with a reputed builder as a receptionist.
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Handling EPABX.
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Kannada)
- Knowledge of documentation, computer, Internet, etc.
- PR activities and Coordination
- Administrative skills.
KRA (Key Result Areas)
- Handling EPBAX calls
- Customer relationships
- Attending walking customer,
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers and stationery items.
- Inward bill entry
- Travel booking through net and through agents,
- Sending mails and emails to customers and business associates
- Keeping tack of cheques (incoming & outgoing)
- Handling stationeries.
- Supporting marketing team with proper co-ordination
