Receptionist (Bangalore)

Job Summary : Person will be responsible for handling calls on EPABX board, customer relationship, inbound and outbound couriers, stationeries and house keeping activities.

Reporting to: HR – Manager

Qualification:Graduate.

Experience : Should possess more then 4 years’ experience in receptionist job, should have a minimum of 1 years experience with a reputed builder as a receptionist.

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Handling EPABX.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Kannada)
  • Knowledge of documentation, computer, Internet, etc.
  • PR activities and Coordination
  • Administrative skills.

KRA (Key Result Areas)

  • Handling EPBAX calls
  • Customer relationships
  • Attending walking customer,
  • Handling incoming and outgoing couriers and stationery items.
  • Inward bill entry
  • Travel booking through net and through agents,
  • Sending mails and emails to customers and business associates
  • Keeping tack of cheques (incoming & outgoing)
  • Handling stationeries.
  • Supporting marketing team with proper co-ordination
