Resident Manager Operations (Cochin)

Job Profile: Will be responsible for acquiring / purchase of land. He should have thorough knowledge of applying for govt. lands in Cochin, should have good relations in revenue dept, real estate, legal formalities, govt. approval, business development & operations, finding the availabilities of land with growth potential & with knowledge of construction.

Reporting to: MD

Qualification:Should be Graduate / LLB

Experience: At least 15-20 years experience in acquiring / purchase of land, sales and marketing in real estate, Construction company, FMCG or worked as a Branch manager in insurance/home loan or any other financial sector along with administrative background.

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Candidate should be good in English & Malaylam (Written / Verbal).
  • Good liaisoning capabilities, sincere, hard working, dedicated, intelligent & are able to influence and persuade the local bodies, Collector office, local revenue depts and villagers etc.
  • Good Health is precondition for job as it requires extensive tour.
  • Computer literate,
  • Ability to understand technical specification and communicate /convincing effectively is must.
  • Keralite Candidates preferred, especially a native of Cochin, who is well worst of Cochin geography

KRA (Key Result Areas)

  • Land sourcing & purchasing.
  • Registration, legal documentation, coordination between Liasoning Company, govt. departments, local bodies, collector office, local revenue departments and other agencies.
  • Ensuring profit center is maintained by proper sales, business development, Operation and administration.
  • Taking care or coordinating between the construction and purchase departments.
