Site Supervisor (Bangalore & Mysore)

Profile : Responsible for the supervisor of the assigned residential and commercial projects.

Reporting to: Project Engineer/In charge

Qualification:Should be a first class graduate.

Experience:Should possess 10 -15 years’ experience in the construction industry.

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Should possess the knowledge to provide basic project supervision, construction management and other site activities.
• Good Supervision skills, planning, execution skills and handling labors efficiently.
• Ability to apply basic professional knowledge to the design of entry-level site works and construction management.
• Ability to perform on-site works as per the schedule, interpret drawings, specifications & standards.
  

KRA (Key Result Areas)

• Co-ordinate with Engineers and labors.
• Labor Management/ handling labors.
• Taking care of labor safety and site safety.
• Estimation of materials/manpower.
• Labor allocation, maintaining quality, proper monitoring and supervising.
