Mr.Halasyam Sundaram is quite a character. His soft-skills training programme is a little hard on atrophied bones and sedentary muscles.
But Mr.Sundaram makes excellent points, though he makes you sweat and ache.
On the 16th and 17th of September, the Damden team found itself at Wonder Valley, an outdoor training space maintained by Ozone.
Day 1
16th, a Saturday, went off well enough with Mr.Damla Mathew, Managing Director taking the team through plans for the future. Which was followed by a session where the team, split into groups, discussed and presented their views on how to take Damden into a 100% quality and 100% customer focus mode.
